An elderly woman who suffered critical burns in a house fire at Blackheath on Friday has died.

Emergency services were alerted to the fire in Park Lane at 1.10am on Friday, October 25.
They found a 77-year-old woman who had suffered severe burns to her body. A 56-year-old man was also found suffering burns to his hands.
The woman was taken by road ambulance to Concord Hospital but died on Saturday afternoon, October 26.
The man was treated at Katoomba Hospital and was allowed to leave.
Officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
