The Great Western Highway is open as normal on Wednesday, October 23.
TUESDAY:
Traffic is being affected in both directions on the Great Western Highway at Mount Lambie due to debris and gravel on the road.
Eastbound traffic is being diverted onto Range Road, Pipers Flat Road and Barton Avenue. Westbound traffic is being sent on the same route. Live Traffic reports the diversion is suitable for vehicles of all sizes.
Emergency services and Transport for NSW are currently on the scene.
Drivers have been used to use extreme caution in the area.
