Draw: October 22 at The Workies Elimination Semi-Final Red Sox versus Pockets and the Qualifying Semi-Final Helmets versus Jiggers.
Finally after 14 weeks of competition with six teams vying for four positions there was some good snooker played as all players were trying to get their team that advantage. Helmets shored up second position as they flexed their muscles against Pockets to easily beat them 5 - 2. Tall Timbers were just one win away from the semi-finals even though they beat Jiggers 4 - 3. The pivotal game for the final placing's was Red Sox versus Miscues and it was so close though Red Sox won 4 - 3 Miscues took the aggregate by just a mere two points. Unfortunately Tall Timbers and Miscues miss out on a semi-final appearance so they can hang their cues in the rack until the Terry Longdon Memorial Trophy competition in 2020. Both these teams finished on the same point score but Miscues gets the wooden spoon on for and against which is a long fall as they won the previous competition. Check Side have a week off and they will play the winner of Helmets v Jiggers and the other game Red Sox v Pockets the loser will be eliminated for 2019. Good luck to all teams and players.
