Foodies Night Markets manager Anna Demasi said that it would be the first time they had come to Lithgow.
"It's all about having a fun, relaxed family night out where you can try different food and listen to live music," she said.
According to Ms Demasi residents should bring a rug or deck chairs to sit in to be comfortable.
"We do charge a $2 entry fee because we go on to donate part of that money to rural aid," she said.
"We, as a business, work so much in rural areas and I think until you get out into these areas that you just don't get how hard the farmers have it," she said.

"The farmers are the heart of Australia and I wish I could do more but any little bit helps."
The Foodies Night Markets travel to at least three different locations each week according to Ms Demasi.
"We do lots of travel so we see so much of what the farmers go through," she said.
While in Lithgow Ms Demasi said she hoped that they could have a bit of fun with the community members.
"We haven't done Lithgow before, so we hope that if we get some really good support we can continue to come back here," she said.
The event has free parking on site and will start at 4pm and run until 9pm.
