In the early rounds Peter Piggott and Donna Coupland were in outstanding form with wins over Pommie Williams and Di Hawken .
In the afternoon game they took on Greg and Annette Anderson and came away with another good win.
In other games Jed and Janelle Fraser showed good touch to defeat Gai and Tiger Feltham.
Alison Lane and Des Francis had some good wins beating Craig Pugsley and Kim Thorvaldsson and then backing up to beat Daryl and Sandra Archer.
The Sunday games saw Craig Brown and Judy Egan eliminate Vee Brown and Kim Alexander.
Judy showed that she has lost none of her ability as she and Craig doubled up to defeat Tony McSorley and Carol Doggett in the semi final.
The second semi-final saw Piggott and Coupland bring Francis and Lane's run to an end.
The final between Piggott and Brown should be a cracker with all four players in fine form.
In the socials Peter Matchett Bruce Robinson and Jeff Howden began well but dropped a 3 and a 5 and then never recovered as Ron Vidler Les Pender and Kim Alexander clouted them 25-8.
Tiger Feltham and Ian McMillan had it all their own way as the beat Greg Tilley and Jim McMahon 14-6.

In the coming weeks we have our club ham day combined with our Thursday Twilight's playoff day on Sunday December, 16 with names in by 9.30 for 10am start or get your names on the sheet provided.
