The fundraiser 'Ride for Briony' will take place on Sunday, September 8 from 9.30am at Tarana.
The community has been asked to find their own way to Tarana Common, where the Tarana Markets would normally take place for the event.
Mr Lee said the community has really gotten behind the event, in a way he never expected.
"I've really been taken back by the support, all of this is not for profit, all the proceeds on the day will go to Briony," he said.
The day will include a jumping castle for kids, cake stalls, an auction, lucky numbers and barbecue.
Tarana's cafe will also give out their first 40 coffees for free, courtesy of Henry's Plant Hire.

The event is expected to run until around 1pm, if you can't make it early in the day.
Mr Lee said that people who can't make it on the day but want to donate can do so at the Lithgow Workies.
"Any and all donations are welcome, whether that be cash or products from businesses," he said.
"I just want to thank everyone in the community for getting on board with this, I never expected it to get this big, it just shows how much the community cares about one another."
