But don't let that stop you from heading out to the event at Blast Furnace Park in Lithgow which will acknowledge World Suicide Prevention Day.
The walk is all about checking in on those around us and talking to other like minded community members.
Registrations for the event will start at 9.30am where residents can get decked out in yellow shirts and caps for free.
