The amazing run of form continued for champion left-handed Lithgow golfer Max Nightingale who has been a machine over the past six weeks and again added to his list of wins when he took out the A grade section of the stableford.

His winning form is all the more incredible considering that each Saturday he and his partners are among the first two tee off in the freezing winter weather that has seen some huge frosts.
The greens are rock hard making shots into them near impossible.Nightingale who is recognised as one of the club's best putters called on all of his expertise on the slick greens to finish with 41 points to take the win while the runner-up was Dave Titcume on 39 points.
Best scratch score in A grade went to John Chadwick with 73.B grade handicap winner was Carlos Garibotto on 39 points with Michael Bennett runner-up on 38 on a countback.

Greg Jackson returned the best scratch score with 82.
Tom Jennings who's one of the club's senior players showed once Gain that age is not a barrier when he took out C grade with a very good 39 points score and also had the best scratch score with 96.
Runner-up on 37 points was Mick Stafford. Nearest the pins went to Rob Ritchie, Steve Mays, Al Mostyn, Dave Titcume and Dean Stafford.Ball winners were John Chadwick, Greg Jackson, Ben Oldfield, Mark Willmott, Mick Hunter, Rob Ritchie, Jeff Geddes and Kobe Hunter.
The Friday nine hole course saw the start of a good weekend for Nightingale when he took out the voucher with a score of 30 points. Brian Giblett finished runner up on 28 points.Next Saturday's event will be two ball best ball plus singles.
