Cultivation of prohibited plant
A 72 year-old Portland man will face Lithgow Local Court for being in possession of a prohibited plant and cultivating a prohibited plant.
Police attended a Railway Avenue address on Friday, June 28 to inquire details of another person.
While knocking on the back door, officers allege they noticed three cannabis plants in pots inside a utility shed.
The man has been charged in relation to the cannabis plants, which were believed to be for personal use, and a quantity of cannabis cuttings allegedly found inside his home.
