An absolute idyllic haven for children to learn in, MCC is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 school situated in Blackheath and set on 16 hectares of bushland which overlooks the beautiful Kanimbla Valley.
The College has a dynamic program which supports the hallmark values of adventure, courage, discernment and grace, complemented by an educational program that is committed to giving every student the opportunity to flourish.
The objective at Mountains Christian College, in partnership with parents, is to encourage in each of the students the ability to think critically, to act generously and be students who will go on to contribute positively to the wider Australian community.
Younger students in the primary school are provided with a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy to ensure that they thrive in their secondary school education.

Each day at Mountains Christian College begins with a Morning Moves program that helps their bodies settle and their minds prepare for the day ahead, and includes the recent addition of African drumming lessons!
The secondary school is a vibrant learning community where a wide range of elective subjects is offered through to the Higher School Certificate.
Outdoor education, camping programs for each year, service trips to Thailand and a pastoral care program are all designed to build in students good character, emotional resilience and more.
Due to the school's growing student population, in May of this year Mountains Christian College will be opening two brand new state-of-the-art classrooms for students in Years 5 and 6.
With students in mind, these specially designed rooms are full of light, have expansive windows overlooking the valley and a large deck for outdoor classroom activities.
