Entry forms are available at Cityfit on Rankin Street for anyone wanting to do a paper entry.

Otherwise, registrations can be taken at www.bathurstedgelljog.org.au. Entries need to be in by September 20.

The Edgell Jog commenced in 1976 to mark the 50^th anniversary of the Edgell organisation, with the first jog attracting 800 competitors.

Over the years the total number of participants is in excess of 50,000.

The race record is held by 2017 runner Rorey Hunter, who ran it in 22 minutes and 40 seconds across 7.5 kilometres.

Shaun Creighton holds the outright race record across eight kilometres in a time of 21 minutes and 46 seconds.
