The Cullen Bullen Tidy Towns artwork project, inspired by the indigenous history of the area, is by Portland artist Leila Constable.
It features the lyrebird, from which Cullen Bullen got its name.
The mural, which is just awaiting a few finishing touches in its new home, will have an official opening at a later date.
