Fifteen players from local football clubs had the chance to develop their football skills in dynamic high-quality technical sessions with Wanderers community development coach Josh Patterson.
"The kids get to learn basic soccer skills and learn the Wanderers way," he said.
Patterson said the players underwent a series of drills focusing on ball skills, basic control, dribbling, passing and shooting in a fun way.
"It's also a chance for them to stay active in the school holidays, football is one of the best sports, it's the world sport and wherever you go everyone knows how to play it," he said.
Patterson said the Western Sydney Wanderers also wanted to get more involved in regional communities and give country kids a go at getting involved with the Wanderers club.
"It's a fun, interactive way of learning football and we're hoping to get them to become involved and fans with the club," he said.

The coaching clinics have travelled to Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee and as far as Tamworth as part of the school holidays and Patterson hoped to come back to Lithgow.
"The further we spread we make more connections and more kids are able to get involved with football," he said.
Each participant also received a Wanderers clinic jersey at their session.
A spokesperson from Lithgow District Football Association said the clinic was a chance for the young players to learn more about football and get the chance to meet A-League players.
"It's great to see the Western Sydney Wanderers coming to rural areas and we hope to have more of these clinics continue in future years."
