An elderly woman was taken to hospital suffering leg injuries after she was hit by a reversing car on Main Street on Thursday morning, April 18.

Lithgow Police stated the woman had stepped off the kerb near 130 Main Street when she was hit by a reversing car and knocked to the ground.
She suffered knee injuries and was taken by road ambulance to Lithgow Hospital for treatment.
