The event will begin at 10am and run until approximately 12pm.
Walk 'n' Talk is an initiative which seeks to start an open conversation about suicide and mental health in the community.
The day will consist of receiving free shirts and caps for all participants before talks about mental health from organisers and then the three kilometre walk and a sausage sizzle to finish.
Organisers are asking people if they have attended a previous event to bring their t-shirt and cap and if they don't have one, they will kit you out.
Last year there were three events at Lithgow and for the first time one was held in Portland. All were extremely popular.
If you want to join the walk then head to the Facebook event page 'Walk n Talk Lithgow' for more information.
