The F.U.P.C tour is a three hour "politically correct free zone" of having belly laughs according to Mr Wilson.
"This is the PC (politically correct) push back, I've had enough of being politically correct, so I want to see the laughs you can have if you take that out of the equation," he said.
Mr Wilson said he had been to Lithgow quite a few times since his career began in 1984 and is hoping for good weather when he arrives in April.
"I want Lithgow residents to leave with aching jaws and sore ribs because it's an opportunity to get together and for at least the duration of show, it will be a PC free zone," he said.
"It is certainly three hours of non political correctness, I have been writing new songs and I will also perform some older ones."
"I will talk and sing about the #MeToo movement, which is quite strong in the United States, my version is called the D.I.Y MeToo movement...so you can see how that will go down," he said.

Mr Wilson said there will also be a song about "millennial dyslexics" who can't see the humour in anything.
"I don't go out of my way to offend people, it's just humour that me and my mates enjoy," he said.
Mr Wilson said this all began as a hobby, until his mates said he should record some stuff and they would buy it.
"So I did, and they kept their word and they bought it and 35 years later here I am still pursuing this hobby, but I can travel with my wife and daughter who is our support act," he said.
"It's family time for us as well.
"It's a hard job to top, travelling the world and making people laugh, it's the best way to make a living."
