What is your political experience? Why are you running for the seat of Bathurst? What do you offer voters?
No political experience. Trying to make a better community. Fresh ideas and advocacy skills.
Please outline what you see as the three main issues at this election for the people of Bathurst and NSW.
Jobs, schools, hospitals.
Should the Sydney stadiums knock down/rebuild go ahead? Why? Why not?
No. Currently there is not the demand.
Want to know who else is on the ballot?
- Paul Toole (Nationals)
- Timothy Hansen (Keeping Sydney Open)
- David Harvey (Greens)
- Michael Begg (Sustainable Australia)
- Brendan May (Shooters, Fishers and Farmers) The Western Advocate has reached out to Mr May, he hasn't responded to requests for answers.
Do you support the creation of a solar farm on private land at Brewongle?
I am supportive of solar farms but I do not support solar farms on land that can be used for farming. However with Labor’s energy policy of effectively turning towns into solar farms, it would not be as urgently needed. I believe more needs to be done to bring down energy prices.
The treasurer's office has called you to say they've found $100 million to spend in the Bathurst electorate. How should it be spent?
A new high school and water security for Bathurst.
Will there ever be a Bells Line Expressway?
The current government has stated previously that they will start in 2008. Now they are saying they will start work on the Great Western Highway. Four months ago, fast trains.
Labor are not committing to either project at this stage.
How will your how-to-vote flyers advise your supporters to cast votes 2-6?
No. Beau Riley 1
Who is your preferred premier - Gladys Berejiklian or Michael Daley? (Please choose one.)
Michael Daley.
