CareFlight has been around for 32 years, and the Vale Ladies started their support in 1999, when CareFLight was just 12 years old.
Vale Ladies president Jan Hawken said it was a great thrill to receive the certificate.
"This is just lovely, such a wonderful surprise," she said.
Every three months the ladies submit a cheque to the organisation, raising money through fundraisers and events they put on.
"People wouldn't be alive today without them, lots of people need them," Mrs Hawken said.
Mrs Hawken said the group would continue to support CareFlight for as long as they could.
