He was charged with malicious damage and transferred into the custody of Border Force.

Drink-driving charge
A 23-year-old Lithgow man's licence was suspended after he returned a positive roadside breath test at 4.30am on Tuesday, March 5.
The man was pulled over while driving on Barton Street, Lithgow and taken to Lithgow Police Station for a breath analysis, which returned a mid-range level. His licence was immediately suspended and he will face court at a later date.

Lithgow Police have urged people to take precautions against thieves after a series of cars were entered and items removed over the weekend.

Two Lithgow men aged 24 and 36 were given criminal infringement notices for refusing to leave the Grand Central Hotel when ordered to by staff and police on Saturday night, March 2.
