Mr Barth migrated from Germany in 1960 and said it wasn't until 1994 when he retired that he could follow his dream of devoting his time to painting.
The artist has travelled throughout Australia and has been inspired by the contrast and beauty of Australian landscapes.
"The natural beauty of the bush and the outback became my inspiration to work in oils. I love to paint and my favourites are Australian Landscapes and Seascapes," he said.
He also said painting was one of the best hobbies anyone could have.
Admission is $5 for adults or $3 for concession and children.
