Several businesses on Lithgow’s Main Street are inaccessible this morning, Monday, February 18, due to awning works under way at the site. Bouquets by Design, one of the businesses affected, has put out a sign asking people to continue to call them to place orders, despite the closure. “We are locked inside with all our flowers,” the sign read. “Help keep us busy!” The works are expected to be completed within half a day.
