All proceeds will be distributed through the Lithgow Lions Club in conjunction with Helping Farmers in the Central West.
The day will run from 9.30am until 10pm.
It will feature performances by artists including Amber Lawrence, Paul Crowder, Casey McFarlane, Glam Jam and more.
There will also be markets, jumping castles, Mid Western Wood Choppers, face painting, a barbecue, mega raffle and even Santa will be making a guest appearance.
Organiser Sharron Bowman said if it rains the backup plan will be to move the event indoors.
According to Ms Bowman all the artists involved in the day put their hand up to perform.

“We have performances running nearly every 15 minutes because of how many wanted to perform and help out,” she said.
“We range from amateur performers to professionals, we have a golden guitar winner in Amber Lawrence who is our main act for the night.”
There will also be local performances from Glam Jam and Bob Sutor.
According to Ms Bowman a lot of Sydney bands reached out to her to help with the day and there will be solo artists from Bathurst turning up.
“If any residents do donate on the day they can get a tax deductible receipt,” she said.
Ms Bowman said the day is about giving back to the farmers.
“It was initially to give back to our community but we realised the money was needed elsewhere,” she said.
According to Ms Bowman, after speaking with Helping Farmers in the Central West, Leanne Fitzgerald, farmers in Broken Hill are struggling more.
“We want the community to get together in the spirit of helping farmers and to just have a good time,” she said.
There will be a courtesy bus for residents from Lithgow, Portland and Wallerawang.
