The well loved classic, based on the novel by Charles Dickens, was transformed into a stage play by Lionel Bart and includes well loved favourites such as 'Food, Glorious Food’, ‘You’ve got to Pick a Pocket or two’ and ‘As Long as He Needs Me’.
The cast, complete with orphans, pickpockets and a colourful cast of characters, will take to the Union Theatre stage in Lithgow for seven performances.
Matinees will be held at 2pm on Sundays, November 18, 25 and December 2 and night time performances will be held on November 23, November 24, November 30 and December 1.
