In his speech to the Dubbo community on Wednesday, the main topic in Harry’s address was the drought and the resilience of rural people.
Young quick shear hopes to attract world class shearers:
A massive $15,000 in total prize money is up for grabs at oung’s annual Quick Shear competition.
With the prize money being so high, organisers are hopeful world class shearers attend.

Big overseas demand for Australian beef:
In Bill Tatt’s latest stock and property column he writes about slaughter cattle prices to Indonesia have pushed above the AUD$4.00 barrier to be at the highest level since May 2017.
Bill says even with big numbers through July and August, totalling some 130,000 head, it has not been enough to satisfy that countries demand for our beef.
