The celebratory morning included their usual music and movement program followed by a morning tea with a happy birthday cake and play-time.
Team Leader Kate Scott said parents and their children gathered at the church every Thursday between 10-11.30 am during school terms.
“It’s a good chance for parents to come and spend time with their young ones and to socialize with others,” she said.
She also said the program allowed children to be introduced to music, creativity and more.
“Throughout the session the kids develop gross and fine motor skills, language, imagination, mathematical and pre-reading skills,” she said.

Families were also given the chance to think about the God-part of life.
“It’s really amazing that all this can be achieved in a loving, shared family environment,” Ms Scott said.
Ms Scott also said the program had a great response over the last two years.
“it’s really growing, I think everyone loves coming along, spending time with their children and having great fun,” she said.
She advised that the program has become so popular that she now has a waiting list.
“We do have a bit of a wait, but I still urge everyone to get involved and I’m happy to take down names for the program,” she said.
Lithgow’s Mainly Music program is held at the Lithgow Bible Church across from the hospital.
Cost is just three dollars per child or five dollars per family.
