The pick up will include garden prunings no longer than 2m and no thicker than 200mm, tied in bundles; lawn clippings and leaves must be placed in a durable container, cardboard box or hessian/plastic bag.

There will be a weight limit of 16 kilograms for each bundle or box and a quantity of one cubic metre per premises, which is equivalent to about four wheelie bins.
Anyone who wishes to take advantage of this service should, by midday on Friday, October 5, contact Lithgow City Council’s Customer Service Office on 6354 9999 or alternatively they may register on Council’s website www.council.lithgow.com.
Remember to place your green waste on the kerb ready for collection the day before.
