According to the Bureau of Meteorology, snow will fall over a large part of central NSW on this coming Sunday, with Lithgow, Jenolan Caves and Oberon predicted to be among the areas to get a decent coating.
The forecast also includes snowfalls for other pockets of the Central West, including Orange, Blayney and Shooters Hill.
According to www.weatherzone.com.au’s seven-day forecast for Lithgow, this week’s temperatures will fall again after the top of 16 degrees on Wednesday, with a chilly -3 degrees forecast for Monday morning. The weekend will have a top temperature of 13 degrees on Saturday and 7 degrees on Sunday.
