Students at The Scots School Bathurst and Lithgow are looking forward to joining with All Saints’ College when the new school, Scots ASC, forms in 2019.
The facilities at Scots ASC will be unrivalled in the Central West, with the new school using three campuses, leading to exciting opportunities as the resources from both educational facilities are combined.
Scots ASC has also announced the formation of a Bathurst Junior, Middle and Senior School structure, with the Junior School (Kindergarten to Year 4) and the Middle School (Years 5 to 8) located on the All Saints’ campus and the Senior School (Years 9 to 12) located on the Scots campus.
The creation of a Middle School is unique in Bathurst and will provide a tailored approach to the developmental needs of students at all stages.
Pre-kindergarten classes will be offered at Scots and All Saints’ campuses, as convenience of location for Pre-Kindergarten children is so important.
The Lithgow campus will offer Pre-kindergarten to Year 6.

Scots ASC creates an opportunity for two proud traditions of academic excellence and nurturing environments to come together.
While the college will be expanding in student numbers overall, careful planning by key staff has ensured that the culture of safe, strong relationships and maintaining individual attention for each student stays at the heart of the new college.
The introduction of new structures such as the Junior, Middle and Senior Schools and new welfare structures has been designed to maintain the caring relationships which are an important characteristic of a rural college.
A strong Christian foundation underpins college life and encourages students to consider their world in a Christian context.
Students are inspired to be independent, thoughtful and responsible, and to consider how they may positively contribute to their community.
A vast co-curricular program gives students the opportunities to explore a range of ways to grow and explore their talents and skills which complement their academic endeavours.
Co-curricular activities include music, pipe band, highland dancing, cadets, Duke of Edinburgh, cattle team and equestrian.
Families can be assured that the highest care is given to their children as they make the school their “home away from home”.
Full time, weekly and short-term boarding accommodation is available to girls and boys from Year 6.
