Sixteen debutantes were presented to the bumper crowd, who partied well into the night.
The theme of the night was Irish and a rousing rendition of Danny Boy was sung by Rowen Fox and the Phoenix Chamber Choir to set the tone before the debutantes were presented to matron of honour Kathy Potts and guest of honour Robert Dellabosca.
The debutantes were Erin Rainsford, Serena Ma, Teghan Barber, Morgan Stoneley, Matilda Cafe, Tarnie Lamborn, Tess Sheather, Elly Baxter, Macy Ryan, Katie Coleman, Hayley Bennett, Sophie Quince, Kate O’Sullivan, Kiah Walsh, Ebony Shepherd and Isobel Radburn.
Catholic Ball organising committee president Bernadette Hicks thanked all the committee members and volunteers for their hard work in the preparation for the ball.
