The book covers every subject imaginable, depression, bullying, alcoholism, loss, pedophilia, bankruptcy, and yet most of the men experiencing these emerge not unscathed but victorious. It is gripping reading.
“It is refreshing to see a book where men reveal their feelings in an honest, open and confronting way that inspires men and women alike,” Lithgow City Council Mayor Stephen Lesslie said.
Call Me Frank is a companion book to Feisty, Fabulous & 50+ which Julie launched at Lithgow Library in 2017. Julie is an entrepreneur with a passion for promoting and developing people and an enthusiastic speaker who will delight the audience.
The free talk will take place at Lithgow Library on Friday, May 18 at 10.30am and will be followed by questions and light refreshments.
Copies of the book will be available to purchase on the day for $24.95.
