La Salle Academy is again hosting Japanese exchange students from Kashiwai High School from March 17-28 and the school is in the process of seeking suitable families to host the visiting students.

After the last successful group of students and teachers from Kashiwai High School in both 2016 and 2017, the school is endeavouring to provide the Kashiwai High School students with another wonderful 'homestay' experience. Students will attend school each day.
If your family would like to participate in the ‘Homestay Program’, families receive a sum of $300 to host the student at their home to assist in accommodating your exchange student.
In addition, the school requires a Working with Children declaration for Volunteers – online – for each adult residing in the household (link). This is free of charge on the Services NSW website.
