Judy Lowe, who always plays the same nine numbers, has collected $308,000 after her numbers came in on a $5 investment.
She said she wasn't too sure what was happening at first when Royal staff said someone in the pub had had a big win on Keno.
Ms Lowe said she put her ticket through the machine and it said "hold".
"I thought the machine had broken down and it was all a mistake. They went and got licensee Michael and we went into his office and he contacted Keno to check the ticket.
“He had to wait on the phone for over an hour.
"I thought I'd won $308 and I was shaking, but he said no, you've won $308,000.
"I was physically sick and I still thought this is not happening to me. I still could not believe it. This does not happen to me."
Ms Lowe has taken the same nine numbers forever.
"I was happy with the $80 I won on the pokies earlier. I thought that would go towards a bill or something.
"Firstly, I'm going to buy a car - my last car is still up the coast broken down. I think I'll leave it there now.”
She said this amount of money will be life-changing.
"I may even buy a small house."
Mr Chappell said if Ms Lowe had 10 numbers and her entry was a winner, she could have won $1.2 million.
