Ball winners went down to 23 points on a countback with Chris Marjoram also picking up the nearest the pin on the 9th.
After an inch of rain early on Saturday morning, and an a delayed start because of a couple of greens under water, the day turned out to be a very good one for golf.
Winner in A grade was Rod Bright with 38 points and he counted out Brian Bourke also with 38 points.
B grade winner was Travis Cameron with 41 points who beat Pat Wall with 39 points. Cameron at the moment would be the most improved player this year after winning the B grade championships.
C grade winner was Chris Marjoram with 44 points. Runner up was newcomer Dean Stafford with 38 points.
Nearest the pins went to Brian Bourke, Brian Judge, Frank Mantle, Tony Oldfield and Ken Mitchell.
Ball comp went to golfers with 34 points on a countback.
Best scratch scores for each grade were Andrew Burton in A grade with 72, Scott Hamment in B grade with 84 and Chris Marjoram in C grade with 86.
Golfers are reminded that there are nine-hole comps run every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
