A 32-year-old Lithgow man has been charged with three counts of assault after being abusive to staff at a Lithgow club on Friday night.
Around 6:50pm on Friday, October 14 the man became abusive and threatened staff at the club.
Police and an ambulance were called after the man attempted to assault several employees who were trying to calm and contain the man.
Staff involved only received minor injuries and the man was taken to Lithgow Hospital after being apprehended by police.
He is due to appear in Lithgow Local Court at a later date.
Cops catch up to abuser
A 35-year-old Lithgow man has been given a court attendance notice for offensive behaviour, language and resisting arrest after abusing police outside Lithgow Police Station on Friday.
Around 7:30pm on Friday, October 14 a motorist passed the local station and abused officers who were standing outside.
Police stopped the motorist at a nearby car park, where the man continued to abuse the officers.
He responded with further abuse towards officers after being given a caution for offensive language and behaviour and resisted arrest.
Western Sydney girl falls off bike at Clarence
An 11-year-old Western Sydney girl was taken to Lithgow Hospital for a fractured clavicle after falling off her bike at Clarence on Sunday.
The girl was riding at Clarence’s bike track around 10:30am when she fell, injuring herself.
She was transported to Lithgow Hospital via road ambulance.
Pelvic injury at downhill track
A 47-year-old Western Sydney man was taken to Lithgow Hospital on Sunday after injuring his pelvis at a downhill bike track in Lithgow at approximately 12pm.
He was taken to Lithgow Hospital by road ambulance in a stable condition.
