A man has been charged in relation to a murder in Davy Street on Saturday where another man was stabbed to death in front of several people.

27-year-old Dylan Bailey, an ex-army officer from Sydney’s Padstow Heights, was arrested after being found by police at a property close to where the incident took place.
Police and paramedics attended the home on Davy Street around 9:30pm on Saturday night after reports of an altercation.
Emergency services found Guy Henderson, a 35-year-old man from Sydney, deceased at the residence.
Mr Henderson had been stabbed several times, causing his death.
Police said the two men had been at Lithgow train station late on Saturday afternoon leading into the evening.
The men were at Mr Henderson’s girlfriend’s house, a 36-year-old woman from Lithgow.
They were attending a party when the incident occurred.
Six people in total were at the house including two adult men from Lithgow and a 20-year-old woman from Crestmead in Queensland.
Mr Henderson’s girlfriend and the 20-year-old woman from Queensland were taken to Lithgow Hospital to be treated for trauma and injuries unrelated to the incident.
The two other men in the house were unhurt according to police.
The pair were allowed to leave the scene following the incident after giving a statement to police.
Mr Bailey was refused bail and faced Bathurst Local Court on Sunday.
He was subsequently scheduled to appear in Bathurst Local Court on Monday via video link from Amber Laurel Correctional Centre in Emu Plains.
As of time of printing there was no further update on his court case.
CCTV footage of the pair released to television news outlets showing them at a hotel in Lithgow’s Main Street sometime before the incident be could not be verified by police.
