On Sunday night the car park became a movie lot after being made available for shooting a scene in a feature film currently being shot in Lithgow.
Only portion of the car park was required, causing only minor inconvenience to customers.
The shoot, on a chilly last night of winter, attracted an audience of curious onlookers, with most interest in the appearance of the star of the show, Kat Stewart, who is best known for her role as the drug lord’s wife in the hit TV series ‘Underbelly’, which explored Melbourne’s deadly gang wars.
Earlier on Sunday there was a sequence filmed at State Mine Gully.
The shooting for ‘Flat Daddy’ moved to the Ramsay Street area of the Vale of Clwydd yesterday and is continuing in and around Lithgow this week.
