LOCAL district NSW serving and ex-serving members of the ADF and their families that will be travelling to Sydney to take part in the Anzac Day commemorations at the Cenotaph in Martin Place in Hyde Park to be held at 4.30am (dawn service); Anzac Day March 9am, commemorative service 12.pm or sunset service 5pm will be provided free travel on Intercity and Sydney Trains, Sydney metropolitan and outer metropolitan buses, Sydney Ferries and Light Rail services to attend Anzac Day services

Serving members, ex-serving personnel and their families must wear ADF uniform, display service medals, or carry official documentation from an RSL Branch or other recognised ex-services organisation to obtain free travel.
Free travel will also be available for war widows / widowers who carry a war widows' / widowers' Gold Card or an official RSL letter.
Members of the above groups planning to travel on NSW TrainLink Regional services can purchase a return ticket for the price of a single fare, for travel on any day between April 23 and 29.
When making their booking, veterans will need to have their status confirmed on a letter bearing the RSL or other recognised ex-services organisation's letterhead.
