Sue Brooks won the gobbler’s trophy with 14 chip ins for the year.
Lynne Ritchie and Janice Marshall were presented with their gold medals on the day.
The event played prior to lunch was a nine hole concealed partners and the winners were Rhonda Thompson (22) and Olwyn King (19) with a total of 41 points.
As the golf club does not have a caterer on a Wednesday, a delicious meal was served by the staff and enjoyed by the golfers at Black and Gold Cabins. There was a good representation of players along with life member Peg Cronin who has retired from playing now.
There were birthday celebrations with Judy Charman and Rhonda Thompson who share the same birth date, December 11, but not birth year.
Lady golfers are in recess for 18 holes competitions now until Wednesday, January 24 however nine hole events will be played over the break, with a 9.30am hit off both Saturday and Wednesday.
The Lady Golfers would like to wish all a very Happy Healthy New Year.
