Two people have been charged after they were found to be carrying drugs in Lithgow at 2am on Tuesday morning.

When the pair’s car was stopped in Main Street police noticed an ice pipe in the front of the vehicle and other drug paraphernalia in the back seat.
The driver, a 38-year-old woman from Mudgee, was found to be carrying a small amount of a white crystal substance, believed to be ice.
Her passenger, a 54-year-old man from Gulgong, was found to be in possession of 22 grams of a similar substance.
The woman was charged with possession of illicit drugs while the man was charged possession and supply.
The pair are scheduled to appear before Lithgow Local Court on October 26.
Break and enter
A television was stolen from a residence in Maple Crescent between August 24 and September 11.
The thief gained access to the house by removing a fly screen.
Police are continuing their investigations.
