Water cascaded and pooled around the Lithgow Plaza Centre car park last night. It was not the only place around Lithgow to experience large pools of water forming.

Gutters and drains were unable to cope with the downpour that started about 4.45pm and continued off and on throughout the evening and into the night on March 21.
The wet weather is expected to continue every day into early next week, with temperatures overnight dipping to 12 degrees over the weekend, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
The daytime temperatures are expected to continue mild, between 18 and 26 degrees.
