Lithgow High has a never ending pool of talent that keeps emerging each year with director Rae Burton the driving force for this talent, a job she has performed with distinction for many years.
The cast members of Guys and Dolls have been working hard over the past couple of months and it will all come together when th e opening performance will be staged this Sunday starting at 2pm.
The cast is headed by the talented Brenella Abdul Reihm and Mitchell Pearce who have great support from their fellow performers.
There is plenty to like about Guys and Dolls with gangsters, prostitutes, the Salvation Army and other characters that will entertain the audience.
The musical is based on a story and characters by legendary author Damon Runyon and it has been performed all over the world.
Following the matinee, there will be further night performances on Tuesday June 24, Thursday June 26 and Friday June 27 all at 7.30pm at the Lithgow High School auditorium.
Tickets are $20 for adults, concessions $15 and family tickets $55.
