The event again sponsored by Henry's Plant and Equipment Hire.
The course looked a real picture in readiness for the following day's Lithgow Open and full marks goes to those who worked in difficult conditions to get the course to the high standard that it is.
The course played extremely long due to the water logged fairways and the tees and pins back as far as possible.
The best scoring came out of B grade with winner Nathan Marshall (15) counting out Paul Stewart (14) into second place. Both golfers carded 66 netts and will play off for the November medal.
Young Marshall is a real prospect and is cutting his handicap down at a fast rate. Best scratch score went to Blake Goldspink (10) with 29 points.
In A grade, John Bird (8) continued some good consistent form to take the winning voucher and medal. Runner up was Brock Egan (scr) with a two under par 70 nett and Andrew Burton came in with the best scratch score with 33 points.
Hayden Wren (30) was again in the winners list winning the C grade medal and voucher with a score of 75 nett.
Runner up on 76 nett on a countback was Michael Stafford (25) and Graeme Osborne (24) had the best scratch score with 15 points.
