Played in unusually warm weather golfers had to contend with scarified greens which are currently under refurbishment, but the tricky conditions still saw 15 golfers break their handicaps.
A superb round was registered by A grade winner Troy Luka (7) who was on fire. Luka said he had worked out something in his swing the week before while playing in the foursomes championship and carried his good form over to amass the excellent score of +7 which boasted five birdies for a final score of 69.
Runner up to Luka was Darren Hunter (+2) with a score of +3 and the best scratch score went to Andrew Burton with +1.
Young Nathan Marshall (16) continued his assault on his handicap with a +4 to take out B grade. Runner up was another inform golfer in Rob Ritchie (13) who finished on +3 with the best scratch score going to Carlos Garibotto (18) on-8.
C grade also saw some great scoring with 'early bird' Geoff Wheeler (19) ripping up the course and registering a winning score of +6.Runner up was Peter Haley (33) with a +2.

Vouchers went down to those with -1 on a countback and they were Tallan Egan, Tony Oldfield, Al Mostyn, Max Nightingale, Paul Bailey, Rod Bright, Ian Northey, Brad Osmotherly, Dave Warren, Kyle Egan, Dave Titcume, Les Goldspink, Chris Keller, Johnathan Van Veen, Mark Seckold, Rod Hawes, Geoff Thompson and Paul Stewart.
Wednesday nine hole competition (20/10): Winner was Chris Goodsell on 18 points. Runner up was Dave Hicks is on 17 points counting out third place Laurie Northey.
Vouchers went down to those with 16 ocb and they went to Trevor Thomas, Rua Kenny and Wayne Morris.
Friday nine hole competition (22/10): Winner was Mark Seckold on 25 points, runner up was Tallan Egan 24 points and in third place on 20 points was Wayne Morris.
Vouchers went to Juan Farmer, John Griffiths, Jeff Geddes, Chris Keller, Tony Oldfield and Greg Dykes.
