The socials saw Curtis Brown, Jason Nunan and Ron Vidler go down to Craig Brown, Ian MCMillan and Craig Pugsley. Vee Brown and Ross Harrington had a bad day against Peter Piggott and Jed Fraser going down by a wide margin.
The Sporties now has a revised program to get all our championships in.
The final of the Club Triples featuring Craig Brown, Craig Pugsley and Peter Piggott against Pommie Williams, Barry and Steve Jackson is set down for October 30.

The final of the handicap pairs will be played between Peter Matchett and Barry Jackson who take on Katrena Fraser and Pommie Williams with the date yet to be set.
The draw for the fours is on the noticeboard and players are requested to play their games as soon as possible.
Our Triples tournament is set down for the weekend of November 20 and 21.
Social bowls are on Saturday afternoons and the popular Thursday bowls are on again with names in by 5pm.
Our annual General Meeting is coming up and will be held on a Friday at 5pm with all members asked to attend.
All board positions are open so get your names in so that you can help to decide to future path of the Wang Community and Sports club.
