But later this month, The Gaudry Hotel - Bar and Restaurant will go up for sale by auction.
Located in the heart of Lithgow's CBD, the late-night trader offers the opportunity for a hospitality leader to put their stamp on the world.
Director of Cabmon Property, Peter Seeto said that interest for the property was strong.
"The property is attracting the attention of owner occupiers and some lessee's as well," he said.
For those worried The Gaudry won't stay as a restaurant or bar, Mr Seeto wanted to calm those resident's nerves.
"The strongest interest is from outside the region with some well known chefs and hospitality operators ensuring it remains a great place to eat, drink, socialise and stay," he said.
"Investors have a noted interest and it may be likely, Jamie [Giokaris] and I will piece an investor and operator together."
Mr Seeto said the auction should see a handful of buyers attend.
"As always we suggest it's the best way to sell," he said.
