The rare feat, on the second and 13th holes, was witnessed by Macartney's playing partner Carlos Donoso and is destined to go down Blackheath golf folklore.
"I'm in golfing heaven now. It all seems so surreal, and I expect to wake up from this dream soon," Macartney said after the round.
"It was wonderful to have my good mate, Carlos Donoso with me and I think he has enjoyed this moment even more than me - if that is possible!"
Macartney approached the second hole with a slight breeze behind him, selecting an eight iron for the par-three hole.
"Holding up slightly into the wind it was drifting beautifully towards the pin," he said.
"It probably was just a metre short of the green and I could see it roll towards the hole and I was pretty sure I saw it go in."

"As Carlos and I walked down I was confident but still apprehensive. Carlos videoed me as we got to the green and as you can imagine I was overjoyed to see it in the hole."
Macartney selected his seven-iron on the 13th hole.
"I hit it pure and Carlos instinctively said 'Great shot'. The direction was just left of middle of the green. Again, I expect it landed just short on the smallish mound.
"We saw it take a sharp kick to the right, towards the pin... I saw it tracking towards the hole and it looked to me as if it went in."
When Donoso saw it was in the hole he yelled to golfers on the nearby fourth hole that his playing partner had just scored his second hole-in-one.
