A big thanks goes out to the board who worked tirelessly to see that the club followed the strict Covid conditions so that golf could continue for their members.
The winner of the stableford in A grade was Dave Warren (9) with an excellent 39 points counting out Brian Judge (4) who also carded 39 points.
These were excellent scores considering the very fast greens and short cropped surrounds. Best scratch score went to Brock Egan (+2) with 36 points.
In B grade, Greg Guest (13) was the best with 36 points with the runner up voucher going to Michael Saville on 35 points. Best scratch was recorded by Rob Hawes (10) on 22 points.
C grade's best was Paul Bailey (20) on 36 points with Brad Preston (35) runner up on 35 points. Leo Murnane (19) took out the best scratch score with 18 points.
Vouchers went to Dave Thompson, Blake Bender, Harry Bender, Ken Durie, Michael Bennett, Andrew Burton, Julie Murnane, Ray Thompson, Blake Goldspink, Darren Hunter, Max Nightingale, Gary Wallace and Steve Hall. Vouchers cut out on 33 points.

Wednesday's nine hole competition (August 18): Winner was Geoff Houlison on 22 points. Runner up was John Bird on 21 and in third place was Leo Murnane with 19 points.
Vouchers went to Michael Casey, Jeff Geddes, Rob Hawes, Tom Jennings, Al Glendinning, Ron Phelan, Wayne Morris, Kev Hughes, Dave Thompson, Michael Bennett, Carlos Garibotto and Rick Cohen. Vouchers cut out on 16 points.
Friday nine hole competition (August 20): Winner was Craig Pugsley on 22 points. Runner up went to Don Farnsworth on 19 points and Reg Boyd in third on 18 points ocb.
Vouchers went to Brian Bourke, Geoff Wheeler, Glen Campbell, Glen Campbell and Josh Jones. Vouchers cut out on 15 points.
The Monday Stableford (Aug 23) attracted a good field with best score of the day going to Julie Murnane (31) with a very good 36 points following on from good form on Saturday.
Darren Healey (9) was counted out of the main prize after a countback and in third spot was Paul Bailey (20) on 37 points. Others to play well were Brian Judge, Craig Pugsley, Greg Dykes, Owen Younger and Carlos Garibotto.
