This year the Association have the honour of having Anthony Bond as one the judge for the 2021 competition.
Anthony, now retired and living in the Kanimbla Valley, has had a long history of curating art exhibitions, in more recent years at the NSW Art Gallery.

Anthony loves being involved in this kind of activity and in a recent interview said how much he enjoyed it when amateurs, that is, those who do not make their living through their art but are nonetheless very thoughtful and passionate about what they are doing, enter their work.
He said it was good to see they were keen to express their ideas even if they didn't have the professional cleverness of others.
"Some people have an innate ability, others have skills they have been taught and there is a place for both," he said.
Rebecca Waterhouse, an established art curator from the Blue Mountains will be there as well to help with the judging.
Pioneers Park is an ideal setting for such a display and the sculptures will be placed all around the park. There is a path that wanders around and makes for easy viewing, Rydal Association member Lindsay Green said.
"Maybe you have some ideas but never thought there would be an opportunity for you to enter a sculpture competition. Well here is your chance!" Mr Green said.
"Make those dreams real and get creating, you have to be in it to win it."
