Playing the event through the week for the first time appeared to be successful with good fields both days.
The Mixed Foursomes were sponsored again this year by Jamie Giokaris and LJ Hooker.
First 18 holes handicap was won by husband and wife pairing Julie and Leo Murnane with a good score of 72 1/2 nett.
Second 18 holes handicap was won by Jennifer Wild and Ted Healey, again with a good score of 72 nett.

Nearest the Pins on day one were Carol Osborne and Ricky Cohen and day two Lynne Ritchie and Graham Dean.
The 36 Holes Scratch was won by another husband and wife team in Lynne and Rob Ritchie with 170 scratch while the runners up were Carol Osborne and Dave Titcume.
The 36 Holes Handicap was won by Jennifer Wild and Ted Healey with an excellent score of 147 nett. Runners up were Lynne and Rob Ritchie with 152 nett.
Thanks to all the players who competed in the event, many for the first time. There was a good atmosphere in the Club following the event with all able to enjoy the post competition celebrations.
