Lithgow's Suzanne Day has spread kindness through knitting blankets with meaningful messages embroidered on them for the Lithgow Women's and Children's Crisis centre and flood and fire victims.
"I spent Covid-lockdown and after, very busy making these blankets," Ms Day said.
She said on the first blanket she had embroidered the words 'You are loved and safe' for the crisis centre.
The second two blankets were donated to fire and flood victims, Ms Day said.
"They're to help people who have lost everything."
"The messages on these blankets is 'kindness matters in the world' and 'let's make the world a better place'," she said.

Ms Day uses her own funds to buy materials to make the blankets.
"I have received nothing for doing this but just think that it is important in times like this to help others where and when we can," she said.
She hopes to sell more blankets through her charity and business 'Stop Domestic Violence Lithgow'.
"I have these items waiting to be sold through the business website I want to put them to good use and where they are needed most.
"The next blankets made will be sold on the charity or business websites which will help to promote our cause of domestic violence," she said.
